You have located the lair of the Mythos Haiku...

an unrhymed verse form of Japanese origin having three lines containing usually 5, 7, and 5 syllables respectively;
Of course, since this is the Lair of the Mythos Haiku, the rules are a little different.
The Haikus here are called Mythkus,
and the following form rules apply...
- 3 Lines TOTAL
- 17 Syllables total
- Does NOT have to be rigid 5 7 5 structure
- MUST be relevant to H.P. Lovecraft or the Cthulhu Mythos,
with exceptions allowable if involving references to Chaosium's
Call of Cthulhu products.
- Last, but NOT least, each line needs to be a self contained concept or thought form. For clarity, please read this
Haiku FAQ. Then follow this lesson plan.
